Programs



Programs are designed based on each client’s goals. Sessions are designed to stimulate and maintain muscular growth, tone and burn calories, and increase energy and longevity. With client dedication and by adopting healthy behaviors, results are noticeable and exciting. Whether this is your first time taking on a physical routine or you just have those “problem areas” of concern, I’m here to assist in customizing a program to help you achieve realistic goals.

Feeling exhausted? Don’t feel like you have the energy to exercise based on everyday life? In order to get energy you must expend energy. The more you expend the more energy you will have. This helps you to feel better, boosts mental health, prepares you for an energetic day and just as importantly calibrates the body for a good night’s rest, which many people struggle with.


Sessions are considered booked when paid in full and dates and times are confirmed.


CUSTOMIZED ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING


Customized training designed to each client’s personal goals. We’ll work closely together to determine an approach and realistic expectation. Discount packages available, and must be utilized within 30 days of purchase. 

1-Hour Session $75
3-Hour Package $195
6-Hour Package $390
12-Hour Package $780


PAIR & COUPLES TRAINING


Pair training is an agreement between two individuals who have decided to train together to motivate each other and should expect to achieve more or less the same goals from their workout. There is no substituting or changing of partners once sessions have started. Trainer will not be involved in choosing who partners together—this agreement is between the two individuals.

1-Hour Session $120


GET MOTIVATED: SMALL GROUPS TRAINING


Group training is an agreement between up to 4 people who have decided to train together to motivate each other and should expect to achieve more or less the same goals from their workout. The trainer will not be involved in choosing who partners together—this agreement is between individuals.

1-Hour Session $220


CORPORATE TRAINING


Studies show collective physical activity improves corporate morale, increasing productivity and overall workplace enthusiasm. Customizable services and packages for both on-site company classes and offsite corporate trips available upon request.

VERY IMPORTANT

All programs must be paid for in advance of dates scheduled. No Refunds. If you do break your contract (1 months in advance notice for termination) you will no longer be allowed to purchase packages and must pay in advance for booked sessions.  For Non- Miramar residents, refer to the Live4Fit Map for zone pricing.

All programs attendees booking any of the classes are required by law to provide a copy of your drivers license and to fill out and sign a one-time-only Consent for Exercise Program and Health History document. One time video/photo consent form is required prior to the class.

Nobody likes working out… but when you see the results you get with Dionne’s persistent encouragement, you can’t help but be motivated! Having motivation and accountability is the key to success. For me finding that on my own was difficult. The hardest part to get past was simply walking through the doors and making a commitment.
