Dionne’s passions in life are tuned to the basics: exercise, a healthy diet and lifestyle maintenance. With over 20 years experience in the gym she has witnessed firsthand the importance of exercise in our daily lives.

Dionne’s program encourages and helps clients make better lifestyle choices at home and even in the workplace having an incredible impact on your overall health, energy and mood. She considers herself a “creative fitness trainer” who enjoys working with committed individuals of various age groups wanting to get in shape, stay in shape and incorporate fitness into their everyday lifestyle. Through the Live4Fit ABC’S Program— Agility, Balance, Core and Strength—Dionne focuses on clients’ balance, stability, flexibility, agility, strength, endurance and commitment, which are necessary to master the challenges of everyday living.

For many people, programmed exercise is considered a luxury. Studies now show that not exercising routinely is even worse than smoking for one’s overall health. It’s critical that individuals take their self-care to the next level by focusing on the positive benefits of an active lifestyle: looking good, feeling great, self-confidence, longevity and increased energy and alertness. With Dionne’s background and certifications in personal training, indoor cycling, group fitness, bootcamp, senior fitness and yoga, her clients are all on the path to optimal health.
